At Oh Polly US, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
